My Story webinars, where you can hear New Zealand women in science speak about their roles, their personal highlights, and their tips for success in a STEM career. 

Speaker: Ashleigh Fox

Ashleigh is currently the Women in Engineering Project Manager at the University of Auckland. Originally from Zimbabwe, she moved to New Zealand during high school, and from there built a wide-ranging background in forensic science, genetics, laboratory management and schools outreach and engagement. She draws on all this past experience to feed her passion for providing opportunities for school students to experience the wonder and possibilities of careers in STEM. As one of the AWIS Auckland co-convenors, Ashleigh also supports the women student networks at the University, as well as wider Women in STEM activities in New Zealand.
